Riding high on the succes of her single "Goodies," R&B newcomer Ciara recently did an interview with Source magazine.
In the November 2004 issue the 18-year-old singer says her first single is the only Crunk-N-B record she wants to do. The rest of her album has more variety. "I don't want to be pigeonholed as the "Queen of Crunk-N-B," says the Atlanta native.
The ex-millitary brat went on to say "Goodies are basically what you make it. Goodies can be your hugs. It can be your kisses, your numbers. I do wear clothes that reveal stuff...I am at a particular stage where I am not trying to show everything." The teen who cut out dating and hanging out with friends in order to pursue a music career is very focused. "Right now, it's about my music. We can do sexy stuff later. I'm not even old enough to get into the strip club. I'm not even big on dance clubs. I am very single right now, but my eyes and my arms are open."
In related news, Ciara will be performing on TV live for the first time as part of The Source Awards, scheduled for Tuesday November 30 on BET.
