Ja Rule may be "Wonderful" on the charts, but his house manners leave a lot to be desired.
The rapper is currently being sued by a Miami, Florida, woman who claims he trashed her mansion while shooting an episode of MTV Cribs there.
The mansion's owner, Jeanette Varela, she leased her Star Island mansion to Ja only to return to find severe structural damage, discarded condom wrappers and syringes strewn about.
Varela also claims Ja Rule (real name Jeffrey Atkins) breached the agreement by staging a party for more than 600 guests during his four-day stay in 2001.
Varela, who found this out when she saw the episode, insists the lease stated the home was to be solely used as a private home for eight adults, and ruled out parties.
Varela is demanding more than $1 million in damages.
