Lil' Kim Tells Critics 'Shut Up Bitch'   Print
Friday, 08 July 2005
hip-hop newsSince her conviction, Lil’ Kim has been busy in the studio, trying to complete an album before going to prison. Now you can hear what will be her last words before doing time. (audio below)

“Shut Up B***h” is the first single from the Queen Bee's upcoming set, The Naked Truth, and, in light of it featuring the always-outspoken rapper talking about her recent legal and personal woes, it's a departure from the usually sexually-explicit rhymes she built her career on.

Besides addressing gossip surrounding her personal life, Kim disses Star Jones, calling her "cheap" and suggesting Jones shops at Payless. The set, featuring production from 7 Aurelius, Scott Storch, Fredwreck, Spyder, Hot Runner and Kanye West is slated to drop September 13, six days before Kim is scheduled to begin doing time.

As previously reported, the Brooklyn rapper recently received a 366 day sentence for perjuring herself in court when questioned about a 2001 shooting at Hot 97. Listen to "Shut Up Bitch"  Windows|Real
